Went to the Ottawa release party of Lyndsay Green's new book: "You Could Live a Long Time. Are you Ready?" on Friday evening. Went with my father (a mere 73 years of age) and his role model Ernie Brown (ageless). It was nice to see Lyndsay and Hank - hadn't seen them since I was in my early teens.
The party was held at Nicolas Hoare's bookstore down on Sussex. Brilliant store, a real pleasure to visit. Lots of people. One slightly cumudgeonly store cat. Good fun.
Now I'm off to read the book.
